Roles And Responsibilities

1. Stay abreast of industry trends and practice ongoing industry research to strategically incorporate new features as needed.
   
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with organizations or individuals that complement our platform's offerings. This could involve partnering with industry experts to provide investment insights, collaborating with professional associations to reach their members, or teaming up with educational institutions to offer specialized content.
   
3. Partner effectively with the CEO and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring your product vision to life.
   
4. Organize online and offline events that encourage interaction and knowledge sharing among community members. This could include webinars featuring industry experts, virtual conferences focused on specific investment themes, or online hackathons to spark innovation within the community.
   
5. Work closely with digital creators, designers, and marketing teams to translate product vision into reality.
   
6. Work with Community Moderators, Supervisors, Ambassadors and the rest of the team to ensure compliance with platform terms and conditions while actively moderating content to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
   

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on online communities and/or social platforms.
   
2. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
   
3. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
   
4. Genuine passion for building and nurturing online communities, with a deep understanding of community dynamics, engagement strategies, and best practices.
   
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, clients, platform members and leadership.
   
6. Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excel in a dynamic, high-speed environment.
   
7. Fluent or native English, Indian and Malay speaker, capable of proficient verbal and written communication in the language. Knowledge of any other language is advantageous, especially Chinese.
   
8. A global entrepreneurial mindset and experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders from around the world, with a keen understanding of cultural nuances.
   

Terms and Conditions

1. This position has a 3 month probationary period (salary-paid) during which the candidate's performance will be evaluated to make a further decision.
   
2. The individual must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information related to the products and services, as well as the partnership information (except what has been specifically permitted in the agreements and other documents).
3. All services provided by the individual must be delivered according to the specifications and deadlines outlined in the contract.
4. Candidate individuals must submit their best proposals about how they (as a team) can manage Tunnelise related matters in their region.
