Qualifications

1. Proven experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years.
   
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
   
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, updates, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
   
4. Proficient in identifying problems, developing solutions, and making decisions to keep projects on track.
   
5. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
   
6. Excellent speaking, writing and understating in English. Any additional language is advantageous.
7. Meeting deadlines  efficiently and reliably.
   

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
   
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives and deadlines.
   
3. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
   
4. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.
   
5. Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring that deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Terms and conditions

1. This project will run for 45 days, meaning all its requirements need to be completed during that timeframe.
2. During the specified timeframe, if the outcomes do not meet the expectations of the BoD, the project manager may be dismissed from the project with no compensations.
