Reporting will be done through our system, feedback will be given per each milestone reached.

Terms and conditions

1. Ownership and Rights: anything that is developed during this contract term belongs to A-Z Business Ecosystems LLC.
   
2. Confidentiality: the developer is committed to the protection of sensitive information and data shared during and after the project.
   
3. Termination Clause: once the project starts, the developer cannot withdraw. In the event, the developer withdraws without sufficient prior notice, the project owner has the right to reflect this act negatively in the developer's ranking credits.
   
4. Communication: will always be through email except at time when an oral presentation is needed.
   
5. The developer agrees to the predetermined amount and hereby waives the right to request additional compensation for the services rendered.
   
6. These terms and conditions are considered the formal contract between the two parties. However, a signature will be requested from the developer and a copy of this contract will be sent to them.
