Qualifications
- Proven executive leadership experience in the consulting industry in a CEO, founder, owner or similar role for at least 4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Timely and proactive communication, with a commitment to addressing all stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity in all dealings, maintaining all stakeholders’ trust and confidence.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with experience leading finance teams and building a collaborative work environment.
- Proactively taking the initiative to highlight pertinent matters to the Board of Directors
- Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of the company's annual budget.
- Provide accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Manage the company's cash flow to maintain liquidity and optimize capital utilization.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage the company's investment portfolio.
- Implement and monitor cost control measures, invent new ways to decrease costs and increase revenue to without compromising on operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, bankers, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
