Roles And Responsibilities
- Providing fast, accurate solutions to customer inquiries across all communication channels.
- Managing frustrated clients with empathy to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Translating recurring user complaints into actionable data for the product and engineering teams.
- Creating engaging written and visual content for all AZ's social media accounts and responding publicly to user comments to maintain a positive brand image.

Qualifications
- Must speak, understand and write in Kurdish, English and Arabic
- Must have at least 1 year of prior similar role experience
- Demonstrates a high degree of professional humility and patience, with a proven ability to take ownership of errors and pivot toward constructive solutions.
- Maintaining a high standard of written communication by crafting clear, expressive, and persuasive content that aligns with the organization's tone and professional voice.
Terms and Conditions
- This position has a 3 month probationary period during which the candidate's performance will be evaluated to make a further decision.
- The individual must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information related to the products and services information (except what has been specifically permitted in the agreements and other documents).
- All services provided by the individual must be delivered according to the specifications and deadlines outlined in the contract.
